Mrs. Rice holds a Master’s of Science degree in human services and a Master’s of Arts  degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a long time resident of the Monterey Peninsula, she has dedicated her adult life to community service and to the well-being of the citizens that make up our diverse communities. She is the founder and program director of “Brand New Teens” an empowerment organization dedicated to adolescent girls, located in Seaside, California. Mrs. Rice is also in the final stages of achieving her goals of becoming a licensed clinical therapist and doctor of clinical psychology
